Monica Tashjian

Monica Tashjian joined Eaton Tax & Business Services in June 2014 as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.

She has more than a decade of experience in both accounts receivable and accounts payable, including in supervisory roles.

At HomeCall Infusion Services, she rose quickly through the ranks, becoming first the Billing and Accounts Receivable team leader and then the Supervisor of Finance – her third promotion in 5 years. By the time she moved on, she was managing a team of 13 associates and overseeing a wide range of operations.

When she joined Mars Symbioscience in 2006, Monica worked independently to create the Accounts Payable department, establish its procedures and policies, and hire and train staff. She was later able to apply those same skills at Murata Machinery USA, where she worked as an Accounts Payable Technician and later Cost Analyst before joining Eaton Tax & Business Services.

When she’s not in the office, Monica enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband, Matthew and 2-year-old daughter, Claire.
